The PANIPOUSS1.0 is an elegantly designed control unit for managing fermentation cabinets and proofing chambers. The user interface features a color touchscreen and IP65 protection for easy cleaning. It can manage fermentation cycles (stop, storage, wake-up, correction, and slowdown). Manual storage and replay of cycles are possible (with independent temperature, humidity, and ventilation speed for each phase). A ''programs'' function is also included for saving automatic fermentation settings, as well as a USB port for downloading and loading parameters and data recorded by the controller via a USB flash drive.
