V-COLOR Model: Control device for ovens/chambers of the following types:

- Rotary ovens for bread and pastry making,

- Deck ovens (bottom deck, bottom/top deck control),

- Pizza ovens,

- Proofing cabinets/chambers,

- Blast chillers/blast chillers

Heating configuration: It can control on/off fans (1 or 2 speeds) or modulating fans and manage the rack rotation in automatic and manual modes. It allows complete steam management, both directly and via an external boiler module that can also manage water filling and draining and steam generation.

Fermentation configuration: It can manage automatic fermentation cycles (consisting of blocking, holding, reawakening, rising, and settling phases) and manual holding and rising cycles (with independent control of temperature, humidity, and ventilation intensity for each phase).

Rapid cooling configuration: These devices are capable of managing rapid cooling and freezing cycles, at precise temperature and time, with a ''hard/soft'' function and intensity control (in this case, an external speed controller is also required); temperature cycles are preceded by a test to verify the correct insertion of the probe (including multipoint probes).
