The EV8318 is a range of compact control devices with independent power and temperature management for the top and bottom heating elements, suitable for various types of electric deck ovens for bread and pizza. The EV8318 model controls the heating elements via electromechanical relays.

The control devices allow for complete steam management (generation, injection, and venting), in both automatic and manual modes, as well as functions such as weekly programmed ignition, a cooking timer, and various programs.

Energy savings are ensured by the ability to interconnect the control devices for each deck for centralized energy consumption management, allowing the oven's power consumption to be adjusted according to the existing electricity supply contract.

In a standard 72 x 144 mm format, the interface features a 2.8-inch color display with 13 capacitive touch keys and is designed for front panel mounting.
