PT100 PROBE WITH MUSHROOM HEAD

Only 10 mm (head + gasket) protrudes into the cooking chamber, facilitating cleaning and preventing impacts. Entirely made of stainless steel. Head Ø 40 mm, 7 mm thick. Body threaded 1/2 inch (15 x 21), 41 mm long, with a flat end for tightening. Stainless steel nut and 3 mm thick gasket included. Maximum operating temperature 300 °C. PTFE Teflon cable, 3 m long. (A 3-wire PT100 probe can also be fitted in place of a 2-wire probe.)
