Description
This universal bakery oven controller, developed by Panicoupe, is compatible with all types of bakery ovens. It is IP65 rated for water resistance.

It features a dual temperature display showing both the measured temperature and the setpoint temperature. You can choose between the temperature display (°C or °F).

This temperature controller has a multi-range temperature range from 0 to +999°C. For ease of installation, it comes pre-configured at 0-300°C. Of course, the maximum and minimum temperatures are adjustable, as is the hysteresis (∆T). You can also adjust the display calibration. An exponential temperature adjustment mode allows you to reach the setpoint very quickly.

The front panel features highly sensitive silicone buttons with clear contact markings.

The accuracy of this universal controller is 0.5%.

The power supply can be either 24V or 230V. This universal regulator is dual-voltage.

The output relay is a changeover relay. LEDs continuously indicate the relay status and the selected temperature range (°C or °F).

The probe input is either a J or K thermocouple input (TCJ or TCK), supplied configured as a TCJ (probe not included), or a 2- or 3-wire PT100 probe input.

Dimensions and Mounting
The compact front panel is 96 mm high and 96 mm wide and made of composite material. The enclosure is 65 mm deep (96 x 96 x 65 mm).

You connect the universal regulator via its three individual, removable rear terminals: one for the power supply, one for the probe, and one for the output relay.

Note: The RTU620 probe must be ordered separately.

It comes with mini side brackets with integrated screws. These allow for secure tightening and mounting of the regulator. You can attach them to all four sides.
