Designed to remain permanently inside the cooking chamber. Operating temperature: -50 to +300 °C. Bulb: Ø 3 mm - Length 150 mm. Stainless steel handle: Ø 10 mm - Length 100 mm. Bend spring. (A 3-wire PT100 probe can also be fitted in place of a 2-wire probe.)
