Specially designed for mounting on bakery ovens. This new generation burner delivers improved results thanks to its high temperature stability. It features a low noise level, high-temperature resistant materials (it-frm.com), and a display showing instantaneous operating values, statistics, and the number and type of faults. The burner comes with a bag of mounting accessories, the gas block with its burner rail, a universal mounting flange, an instruction manual, a wiring diagram, and a warranty certificate. Power supply: 230 V – 50 Hz. The burner can be installed with the volute at the bottom or top.
